All Isabella wants is to take care of "her" kids, the kids at the school where she teaches. When one of them calls her in the middle of the night she does the only thing she can and follows them, trying to find a way to help. But when she realizes just how much trouble there is for the famlies she goes looking to the police to help only to find they can't be trusted either.

Leif and Caleb saw Isabella at the school and knew she was their one. They'd been looking for years for the right woman to complete their triad, but just when they are trying to woo her she disappears. Finding her wasn't all that hard, but the trouble she's in when they find her is only the tip of the iceberg. To finally get their woman they'll have to help the kids she saved find their families and then they have to get through the barriers she has around her.

Isabella is fierce and when she's determined no one can get in her way. While she looks like she has her life in order once you start pealing back her layers you see one pain after another she has suffered in her life.

Leif has his nordic good looks, but with the fierce expression he usually carries most consider him an ice man. He's dominate and getting to know him is difficult unless you know how to get through to him.

Caleb is the more laid back of the duo, but that doesn't mean if he gets pissed off he isn't just as fierce. Where Leif is light in looks he is dark.

Each bring something to their relationship and when one person needs them the others are always there. When two argue the third is there to bring them down and find levity in whatever situation got them riled up in the first place.

I enjoyed the story and seeing Isabellas determination to help others, and Leif and Caleb there to help her with not only saving them, but also with giving her a life she didn't even know she was missing. I loved the balance they brought to each other and the story as a whole.

Trusting Chance (Fate Harbor #1)

Josie has taken care of everyone else her entire life. Her twin sisters needed a better home even though she was only 19 she raised them herself. Never having taken the time to see the beauty in herself when not one, but two men show interest in her she finds it hard to believe they actually want her for her.

Chance remembers Josie when she took care of him after his parents died, he is only 3 years younger than her but she was there for him in the way he needed, more than 20 years later he sees the chance to reconnect with her and will do anything to prove they would be perfect together, plus his best friend Sam.

Sam has PTSD and because of not only his injury from the war, but also certain parts of his childhood he's having a hard time coping. When he meets Josie though he sees something in her he can't live without and when he figures out Chance's scheme for the three of them he has to decide if he capable of giving them what they need from him.

Josie has scars inside and out and it's made her leary of other peoples attentions. I loved how Chance and Sam drew her out of her shell and showed her the beauty in herself she didn't see.

Each of them has their own problems but they brought a balance to each other that I loved. Great read with not only Steam worthy scenes but also a great story as well.
