Bio:-
A K Michaels, Ava, was born in Scotland quite a number of years
ago! She was married at a young age and is mother to three much loved children.
After the birth of her last child she went back to higher education and studied
for a year before gaining employment in the banking industry. She worked in
that role for a number of years before leaving, both the job and the country.
She lived abroad for a few years before returning to Scotland and
finally taking up her dream - writing.
She is the author of the Defender's Blood series of books and other
series’ including The Witch, The Wolf and the Vampire, Supernatural Enforcement
Bureau series, Highland Wolf Clan series and also Sabrina's Vampire, together
with a Wolf Erotica Novella, Lori's Wolf. Her books fall into the
Paranormal/Urban Fantasy genre and she loves writing those particular kinds of
stories where she can let her imagination run wild!
She now spends her time reading - everything from Sci Fi to Crime,
Erotica to Fantasy, Thrillers to Paranormal Romance. She loves spending time

Cameron is a billionaire, businessman, and yes an alpha wolf. The way he was treated by his father growing up ensured though that he would never be able to stay in Scotland and become Alpha of the pack in fact he never wants to be Alpha at all. When he gets "summoned" home though everything is about to change for him. His Uncle in America needs help and it sets him on a path he never intended.
Cameron is both strong and head strong he's a leader though he denies being Alpha. When he needs to though he steps into the role and does whatever it takes to protect his Uncles pack.
While the story mostly focuses on Cameron you also see other POV's throughout showing you what they think of both Cam, but also connections and possible matches that could happen as the series continues.
The story is interesting drawing you in right from the start and you're right there with the characters as they work to solve the mystery of who wants to do harm to the pack and also as they work through confusing feelings they have towards others you meet throughout the story!
Great start to a new series and I'm excited to see more!
